Your personal information may be shared with current or future 6th Element entities and will undertake to respect any individual rights to privacy and in compliance with the Act through restricted access and anonymsing the data.
Management and Protection of Personal Data We have appointed Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) to oversee our management of personal data in accordance to the Act. We will take reasonable efforts to protect the Personal data in our possession or our control by making reasonable security arrangements (for e.g. in combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper base files etc.) to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risk. However, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any Personal Data we may have collected from or about you, or that for example no harmful code will enter our website (for example, viruses, bugs, trojan horses, spyware or adware). You should be aware of the risks associated with using websites and will not hold us liable for any unauthorized disclosure, loss or destruction of your Personal Data arising from such risks.

Please note that we may charge a fee to cover the cost of verifying the application and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying any material requested. If the data sought is extensive, we will advise the likely cost in advance and can help to refine your request if required.
