Personal Data Protection Policy (PDPP)
Your personal data is important to 6th Element.
The purpose of this document (“Personal Data Protection Policy”) is to inform you how 6th Element (“collectively referred to herein as “6th Element”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and shares the Personal Data which is subject to Personal Data Protection Act in Singapore (“the Act”) and applies to all outlet(s) which are managed by 6th Element as disclosed at our website: http://6elemt.weebly.com.
This Personal Data Protection Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to us in respect of your Personal Data, and your consents herein are additional to any rights which to any of the Companies may have at law to collect, use or disclose your Personal Data.
We may from time to time update this Personal Data Protection Policy to ensure that this Personal Data Protection Policy is consistent with our future developments, industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements. Personal Data
In this Policy, “Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access, including data in our records as may be updated from time to time.
Types of personal data we collect
In general, we may collect and hold personal data of persons/entities including but not limited to:

Examples of such Personal Data you may provide to us include (depending on the nature of your interaction with us) your name, NRIC, passport or other identification number, telephone number(s), mailing address, email address, network data and any other information relating to any individuals which you have provided us in any forms you may have submitted to us, or via other forms of interaction with you.
Collection of Personal Data
In our day-to-day business, we collect personal data in these ways:
>When you submit any form, including but not limited to applications forms or other forms relating to our products and services;
>When you enter into any agreement or provide other documentation or information in respect of your interactions with us, or when you use our products and services;
>When you interact with our employee, for example, via telephone calls, letters, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms and emails;
>When you request that we contact you or request you that you be included in an email or other mailing list;
>When you respond to our promotions, initiatives, or to any request for additional Personal Data;
>When you submit an employment application or when you provide documents or information including your resume and/or CVs in connection with any appointment as an officer, director, representatives or any other position;
>When your images are captured by us via CCTV/Cloud cameras while you are within our premises, or via photographs or videos taken by us or our representatives when you receive our services;
>When you are contacted by, and respond to, our marketing representatives and customer service officers;
>When we seek information about you and receive your Personal Data in connection
>With your relationship with us, including for our products and services or job applications, for example, from business partners, public agencies, your ex-employer, referral intermediaries and the relevant authorities; and/or
>When you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reasons.
>When you browse our website, you generally do so anonymously but please read section 7 on cookies. We do not, at our website, automatically collect Personal Data unless you provide such information, write in through our website.
If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party (e.g. information of your spouse, children, parents, and/or employees), by submitting such information to us, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their Personal Data for the respective purposes.
You should ensure that all Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the products and services you have requested, or delays in providing you with products and services you have requested, or processing your applications
Purposes for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data
Generally, we collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for the following purposes:
>Responding to your queries and requests;
>Verifying your identity;
>Managing administrative (e.g. appointment booking etc) and business operation of 6th Element and complying with internal policies, reporting requirements and procedures;
>Facilitating business assets transactions (which may extend to any mergers, acquisitions or asset sales) involving any of the companies;
>Resolving complaints and handling requests and enquiries;
>Matching any Personal Data held which relates to you for any of the purposes listed herein;
>Requesting feedback or participation in surveys, as well as conducting market research and/or analysis for statistical, profiling or other purposes for us to design our products and services, understand customer behaviour, preferences and market trends, and to review, develop and improve the quality of our products and services.
>Preventing, detecting and investigating crime and analysing and managing business risks;
>Conducting marketing promotions (e.g. sending of alerts, newsletter, marketing materials, offering promotions and loyalty programme etc.)
>Legal purposes (including but not limited to obtaining legal advice and dispute resolution);
>Monitoring or recording phone calls and customer-facing interactions for quality assurance, employee training and performance evaluation and identity verification purposes;
Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. Your personal information may be shared with current or future 6th Element entities and will undertake to respect any individual rights to privacy and in compliance with the Act through restricted access and anonymsing the data.
Management and Protection of Personal Data
We have appointed Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) to oversee our management of personal data in accordance to the Act.
We will take reasonable efforts to protect the Personal data in our possession or our control by making reasonable security arrangements (for e.g. in combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper base files etc.) to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risk. However, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any Personal Data we may have collected from or about you, or that for example no harmful code will enter our website (for example, viruses, bugs, trojan horses, spyware or adware). You should be aware of the risks associated with using websites and will not hold us liable for any unauthorized disclosure, loss or destruction of your Personal Data arising from such risks.
While we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us via the Internet, or through our electronic device (for e.g. Ipad etc.), and we urge you to take every precaution to protect your Personal Data when you use such platforms.
The Act also requires us not to store personal data longer than necessary. We will cease to retain your Personal Data when we no longer need such Personal Data for the purposes we originally notified you of or for any business or legal needs.
Use of Cookies
We may collect or analyse anonymised information from which individuals cannot be identified (“Aggregate Information”), such as number of users and their frequency of use, the number of page views (or page impressions) that occur on our websites and common entry and exit points into our websites.
We make use of “cookies” to store and track Aggregate Information about you when you enter our website. Such cookies are used to track information such as the number of users and their frequency of use, profiles of users and their online preferences.
Such aggregate Information collected may be used to assist us in analysing the usage of our website so as to improve your online experience with us.

Accuracy of your Personal Data
We take all reasonable measure to ensure that your Personal Data remains accurate, complete and up-to-date. You may also keep us informed when there are any updates to your Personal Data by contacting us.
Feedback, Withdrawal of Consent, Access and Correction of your Personal Data

If you wish to make a request to access the personal data we hold about you, please contact the DPO in writing. We will need to verify your identity and to specify what data you need. Please note that we may charge a fee to cover the cost of verifying the application and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying any material requested. If the data sought is extensive, we will advise the likely cost in advance and can help to refine your request if required.
